摘要
采用OM、拉伸试验、浸泡腐蚀试验等研究了160~280℃退火对挤压态Mg-1.5Zn-0.4Zr合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明:随着退火温度的升高,Mg-1.5Zn-0.4Zr合金晶粒先减小后增大。200℃退火合金晶粒基本为细小等轴晶,尺寸均匀。与挤压态Mg-1.5Zn-0.4Zr合金相比,不同温度退火合金的强度均有所降低,伸长率、耐腐蚀性均有所提高。200℃退火合金的伸长率、耐腐蚀性最佳,强度也处在较高水平,为Mg-1.5Zn-0.4Zr合金的最佳退火温度。
The effects of annealing at 160-280℃on the microstructure and properties of extruded Mg-1.5Zn-0.4Zr alloys were studied by OM,tensile test and immersion corrosion test.The results show that the grain size of Mg-1.5Zn-0.4Zr alloy decreases first and then increases with the increase of annealing temperature.The grain size of the alloy annealed at 200℃is almost fine equiaxed and uniform.Comparesd with the extruded Mg-1.5Zn-0.4Zr alloy,the strength of the annealed alloy at different temperatures decreases,the elongation and corrosion resistance increase.The elongation and corrosion resistance of the alloy annealed at 200℃are the best,and its strength is also at a high level,which is the best annealing temperature of Mg-1.5Zn-0.4Zr alloy.
