摘要
研究了不同等温退火温度下Ti-24Al-15Nb-1.5Mo合金的β晶粒长大行为。结果表明,合金的β晶粒尺寸是时间和温度的函数,并呈现Hillert分布的统计分布规律。随着等温退火时间的延长,晶粒的生长速度呈现降低的趋势,生长指数n的范围为0.42~0.44。随着等温退火时间的延长,合金的生长激活能呈现增大的趋势,范围在86.8~126.7 kJ·mol^-1。
The β grain growth behavior of Ti-24Al-15Nb-1.5Mo alloy at different isothermal annealing temperatures was studied. The results show that, the β grain size of the alloy is a function of time and temperature, showing the statistical distribution of "Hillert distribution". With the increase of isothermal annealing time, the growth rate of grain decreases. The range of growth index n is 0.42-0.44. With the increase of isothermal annealing time, the growth activation energy of the alloy increases, and the range is 86.8-126.7 kJ·mol^-1.
