摘要
利用扫描电镜(SEM)及附带能谱仪系统(EDS),对镀锌热成形钢900℃保温不同时间后740℃热冲压所得镀层的组织成分与裂纹的形貌进行了研究。结果表明,保温2.5 min热成形后镀层主要由Γ相和α-Fe(Zn)组成,热成形时会产生扩展至基体的裂纹;随着保温时间的延长,热成形后镀层中的Fe含量逐渐增加,保温5、7.5 min热成形后,镀层组织为α-Fe(Zn),镀层中Fe含量超过70at%,在热冲压时可以有效减少LMIE裂纹的产生。
The morphology and the microstructure of cracks in the coating of the galvanized hot-formed steel after heating at 900 ℃for different and hot stamped at 740 ℃, were studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer system(EDS). The results show that: when it is heated for 2.5 min, the coating mainly consists of Γphase and α-Fe(Zn), LMIE cracks extending to the matrix generate during hot stamping;with the prolongation of holding time, the content of Fe in the coating gradually increases;after heating at 900 ℃ for 5 min and 7.5 min, the microstructure of the coating is almost α-Fe(Zn) and the content of Fe in the coating exceeds 70 at%, which can effectively reduce the generation of LMIE cracks during hot stamping.
