意义治疗在晚期肺癌患者中的应用效果

Effects of logotherapy in patients with advanced lung cancer

目的:探讨意义治疗对晚期肺癌患者生命意义及自尊的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取2018年6月—2019年5月在郑州大学第一附属医院接受治疗的119例晚期肺癌患者为研究对象,随机分为干预组(57例)和对照组(62例)。对照组患者应用常规护理方法,干预组在常规护理基础上应用意义治疗进行干预。采用晚期癌症患者生命意义量表和自尊量表评价两组患者的情况。结果:干预前,两组生命意义量表和自尊量表得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,接受意义治疗的晚期肺癌患者生命意义总分和各维度得分以及自尊量表得分均高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:意义治疗可以协助晚期肺癌患者体会及发现自身在疾病不同情景下的生命意义,从而提高患者的自尊水平,值得应用于终末期癌症患者的护理中。

Objective To explore the effects of logotherapy on meaning in life and self-esteem in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods From June 2018 to May 2019,convenience sampling was used to select 119 patients with advanced lung cancer who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University as the research object.All patients were randomly divided into intervention group(57 cases)and control group(62 cases).Patients in control group were treated with conventional nursing,and intervention group carried out logotherapy based on conventional nursing.The Meaning in Life Scale for Advanced Cancer Patients(MiLS)and the Self-Esteem Scale were used to evaluate the conditions of patients in two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the MiLS and the Self-Esteem Scale between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the total score and dimension scores of MiLS and the Self-Esteem Scale of advanced lung cancer patients who received logotherapy were higher than those of control group with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Logotherapy can help patients with advanced lung cancer experience and discover their own meaning of life in different situations of the disease so as to improve patient s self-esteem which is worth being applied to the nursing care of patients with terminal cancer.
