摘要 高职校企一体化人才培养的最主要目标是培养能胜任职业岗位能力的高素质高技术人才,基于啤酒酿造岗位能力培养的教学改革实践分析说明,以岗位能力培养为主线是实现校企一体化人才培养的有效路径和模式,选择优质企业合作是实现校企一体化、提升人才培养质量的前提和保障。 The main goal of vocational school-enterprise integration talent training is to cultivate high-quality and high-tech talents capable of vocational positions.The analysis of the teaching reform practice based on the cultivation of beer brewing position ability shows that the main line of job ability training is the effective path and mode to achieve school-enterprise integration talent training,and choosing high-quality enterprise cooperation is the prerequisite and guarantee for achieving school-enterprise integration and improving the quality of talent training.
