摘要
在马克思需要理论视域下审视高校思政课,师生共同体实质是供需共同体。当前思政课的供需之间存在供需地位不对等、内容不一致、形式不协调等问题。这需要充分利用新媒体、面对面谈话、社会实践等形式,以促进师生相互了解;需要以学生为中心,坚持政治性与学理性相统一、严肃性与活泼性相统一,以优化课堂教学;需要建立师生双向激励机制、矛盾处置机制以及互评机制,为共同体的健康成长提供保障。
To examine the ideological and political course in colleges and universities from the perspective of Marx’s need theory,the essence of the teacher-student community is the community of supply and demand.At present,there are some problems among the supply and demand of ideological and political courses,such as unequal status,inconsistent content and uncoordinated form.This requires the full use of new media,face-to-face conversation,social practice and other forms to promote mutual understanding between teachers and students;In order to optimize classroom teaching,it is necessary to take students as the center,adhere to the unity of politics and rationality,seriousness and vividness.It is necessary to establish a teacher-student incentive mechanism,conflict management mechanism and mutual evaluation mechanism to ensure the healthy growth of the community.
