以职业素质培养为核心的高职院校思政教育改革研究

Research on the Reform of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges with Professional Quality Training as the Core

职业素养是劳动价值观的综合体现,对高职学校的学生发展起到重要作用,高职学校需要在思政教学过程中不断提升学生的职业素养,并根据自身的发展特点,将职业素养作为思政教育的核心,改革思政教学理念,培养综合素质人才,使学生更好的适应社会的发展和国家的进步。本文通过讲述在思政教学改革中,将培养学生职业素质作为核心的意义,并提出一系列思政教育改革的建议,以期促进我国教育改革的良性发展,更高效、快捷的培养社会主义接班人。

Professional quality is the comprehensive embodiment of labor values,which plays an important role in the development of students in higher vocational schools.Vocational schools need to continuously improve students’professional quality in the process of Ideological and political education,and according to their own development characteristics,take professional quality as the core of Ideological and political education,reform ideological and political teaching concept,cultivate comprehensive quality talents,so that students can better adapt to the development of society And the progress of the country.This paper describes the significance of cultivating students’professional quality as the core in the ideological and political education reform,and puts forward a series of suggestions on Ideological and political education reform,in order to promote the benign development of China’s education reform,more efficient and rapid training of socialist successors.
