The Cultivation of Language Awareness in German Grammar Teaching

摘要 语言意识的认知特征在外语教学中对于语法知识传授的作用是最大的。在语法教学中,语言意识能使学习者对外语语法形成一些基本认识,继而促进他们更自觉的学习语法和掌握语法。语言意识无法直接通过观察得到启发,通常只能通过语言反思这种外显方式。本文依次阐述了Van Lier的两种语言意识类型和Paul的两种语言反思模式,在此基础上结合德语语法教学的实践,从教学方法、语法练习和课堂活动三个角度提出培养学生语言意识的相应策略。通过在语法课中培养学生的语言意识,可以增强学生对德语语言结构的感悟力。不过,这也对教师提出了挑战,要在教学中积极创新思路,开发更多有助培养学生语言意识的教学形式。 The cognitive features of language awareness play the most important role in grammar teaching.In grammar teaching,language awareness can help learners form some basic knowledge of foreign language grammar,and then promote them to learn grammar and master grammar more consciously.Language consciousness can not be directly inspired by observation,and can only be inspired by language reflection.This paper expounds the two types of language consciousness of van lier and the two modes of language reflection of Paul.On this basis,combined with the practice of German grammar teaching,it puts forward the corresponding strategies of cultivating students’language awareness from three aspects of teaching methods,grammar exercises and classroom activities.By cultivating students’language awareness in grammar class,students’perception of German language structure can be enhanced.However,it also poses a challenge to teachers.They should actively innovate ideas in teaching and develop more teaching forms that can help cultivate students’language awareness.
