工科大学生成长型思维模式的培养

On the Cultivation of Growing Thinking Mode of Engineering College Students

摘要 随着我国经济的持续、快速发展,我国正在从制造大国向制造强国转型发展。高素质创新型人才是促进制造业转型升级的核心,这对工科大学生的人才培养提出了新的要求。成长型思维模式认为,人的智力和能力并不是一成不变的,而是可以通过努力得到提高和发展的,成长型思维对工科创新型人才的培养具有重要意义。本文针对工程学科的特点,对工科专业大学生的培养模式进行探索,提出成长型思维理论与我国工程教育实践相结合的工科专业人才培养模式,为新时代创新型、复合型工程类人才培养提供新的思路。 With the sustained and rapid development of China’s economy,China is transforming from a manufacturing country to a manufacturing power.High quality innovative talents are the core of promoting the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,which puts forward new requirements for the talent cultivation of engineering college students.The growth thinking mode holds that human intelligence and ability are not unchangeable,but can be improved and developed through efforts.Growth thinking is of great significance to the cultivation of innovative engineering talents.According to the characteristics of engineering discipline,this paper explores the training mode of engineering college students,and puts forward an engineering talent training mode combining the growth thinking theory with the engineering education practice in China,which provides a new idea for the cultivation of innovative and compound engineering talents in the new era.
