摘要
从外部环境、内部结构和耦合效益3个方面构建指标体系,测算2001—2017年我国区域科技与金融耦合系统脆弱性指数。首先构建动态面板模型,研究表明:人才要素集聚能有效降低科技与金融耦合系统脆弱性,技术要素和科技与金融耦合系统脆弱性呈正相关关系,但其显著性相对较低;东部地区的人才、金融资本集聚和科技与金融耦合系统脆弱性呈负相关关系,技术集聚与之呈正相关关系;中西部地区金融资本是科技与金融耦合系统脆弱性降低的主要驱动力。其次构建空间计量模型考虑空间影响,研究表明:科技与金融耦合系统脆弱性表现出显著的空间集聚状态,存在正向溢出效应,人才集聚能够降低周边地区科技与金融耦合系统脆弱性,金融资本集聚则产生阻滞效应。
This paper constructs the index system from three aspects:external environment,internal structure and coupling benefit,and calculates the vulnerability index of regional technology and finance coupling system in China from 2001 to 2017.Firstly,the dynamic panel model is constructed,and the research shows that the talent factor agglomeration can effectively reduce the vulnerability of technology and finance coupling system,and the technical factor and the vulnerability of technology and finance coupling system are positively correlated,its significance is relatively low;there is a negative correlation between talent,financial capital agglomeration and the vulnerability of technology and finance coupling system in the eastern region,and technology agglomeration is positively correlated;financial capital in the central and the western regions is the main driving force to reduce the vulnerability of technology and finance coupling system.Secondly,the spatial measurement model is constructed to consider the spatial impact,the research shows that the vulnerability of technology and finance coupling system shows a significant state of spatial agglomeration,and there is a positive spillover effect;talent agglomeration can reduce the vulnerability of technology and finance coupling system in surrounding areas,financial capital agglomeration has a blocking effect.
