摘要
目的探讨胃癌组织中的富含脯氨酸蛋白11(PRR11)和高迁移率蛋白A2(HMGA2)表达水平,以及两者与胃癌临床病理参数的关系。方法收集2014年1月至2019年9月烟台市烟台山医院和青岛大学附属医院治疗并经病理学确诊的75例胃癌患者胃癌组织和对应癌旁组织标本,采用免疫组织化学法检测上述组织中PRR11和HMGA2蛋白表达水平,并结合临床资料进行统计学分析。组间比较采用χ2检验。结果PRR11在胃癌癌组织中的表达率为56.00%(42/75),明显高于癌旁组织表达率13.33%(10/75),两者差异有统计学意义(t=30.141,P<0.01),HMGA2在胃癌癌组织中的表达率为64.00%(48/75),明显高于癌旁组织表达率18.67%(14/75),两者差异有统计学意义(t=31.782,P<0.01);PRR11表达水平与胃癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(分别为t=7.570、6.692,P<0.05);HMGA2表达水平与胃癌组织学分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(分别为t=6.354、4.811、5.593,P<0.05)。结论PRR11和HMGA2在胃癌组织中高表达,可能与胃癌的发生发展有关。
Objective To study the expression of proline-rich protein 11(PRR11)and high mobility group A2(HMGA2)in gastric carcinoma and their clinical significance.Methods PRR11and HMGA2 expression in 75 cases of human gastric carcinoma tissues and non-cancerous adjacent gastric tissues of patients pathologically confirmed from january 2014 to september 2019 on Yantai Mountain hospital of Yantai City hospital and the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University were examined by using envision immunohistochemical method.Results The positive rate of PRR11 expression was 56.00%(42/75)in gastric carcinoma tissues,higher than 13.33%(10/75)of non-cancerous adjacent gastric tissues with significant difference(t=30.141,P<0.01),the positive rate of HMGA2 expression was 64.00%(48/75)in gastric carcinoma tissues,higher than 18.67%(14/75)of non-cancerous adjacent gastric tissues with significant difference(t=31.782,P<0.01);the expressions of PRR11 were associated with gastric carcinoma to TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(respectively,t=7.570,6.692,P<0.05).the expressions of HMGA2 were associated with gastric carcinoma to histology grade,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(respectively,t=6.354,4.811,5.593,P<0.05).Conclusion This study has successfully showed that high expression of PRR11 and HMGA2 in gastric carcinoma tissues,They may be related to the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma.
