阿尔辛蓝-过碘酸雪夫试剂染色在胃癌Lauren分型中的应用

摘要 胃黏膜腺体细胞由壁细胞、主细胞、G细胞以及黏液细胞组成,分别分泌盐酸、消化酶、胃泌素及内因子和黏液等[1]。黏液细胞分泌的黏液物质覆盖于上皮表面起润滑作用,既可以防止黏膜受机械损伤,又可以保护胃黏膜抵御胃酸损伤。但是常规苏木精-伊红(HE)染色不能很好显示黏液情况.
