脾脏介导的免疫炎性反应在心血管疾病中的研究进展

摘要 近年来研究结果证明,免疫炎症与心血管疾病紧密相关。由多种免疫器官及免疫细胞介导的免疫炎性反应促进动脉粥样硬化病变、心肌损伤及心室重构,进而影响心血管疾病的预后。其中,脾脏作为最大的髓外免疫器官,广泛参与机体的免疫调控过程。其介导的免疫炎性反应在心血管疾病中的作用得到日益关注。心脏-脾轴可能成为心血管疾病治疗中的新靶点,可能成为心血管病免疫调节治疗重要的部分。在此我们对脾脏在心血管疾病中的免疫调节作用做简要综述。 Accumulating of evidence has shown that the immuno-inflammatory responses and cardiovascular disease are closely related.Through a variety of complex signaling pathways,immuno-inflammatory responses mediated by various immune organs and immune cells affect the progression of cardiovascular diseases(atherosclerosis,myocardial injury and ventricular remodeling).In this process,the spleen,as the largest extramedullary immune organ,plays a critical role in the immunoregulation of the body,therefore,the cardio-splenic axis may become a new therapeutic target in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,and may become an important part of the immunoregulation therapy of cardiovascular diseases.
