摘要
研究具有时变时滞、不确定性参数和Lévy噪声中立型神经网络的均方指数稳定性问题。根据滑模控制方法、广义It公式和Lyapunov稳定性理论,验证了滑模面(SMS)的可达性,并得到了SMS上中立型神经网络的均方指数稳定性的准则。最后,通过数值仿真验证了所得结果的有效性。
In this paperthe mean-square exponential stability is studied for neutral neural networks with time-varying delaysuncertain parameters and Lévy noise.Based on the sliding mode controlthe generalized Itformula and the Lyapunov stability theoryseveral sufficient conditions are obtained for the reachability of the specified integral Sliding Mode Surface(SMS)and the mean-square exponential stability of neutral neural networks on SMS.Finallythe effectiveness of the obtained result is verified by a numerical simulation.
