可视化健康教育模式对非小细胞肺癌胸腔镜手术患者的影响

Effects of Visualized Health Education Model on Thoracoscopic Surgery for Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:探讨可视化健康教育模式对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)胸腔镜手术患者的影响。方法:选取2017年1月1日~12月31日行胸腔镜手术并行常规护理模式的40例NSCLC患者为对照组,选择2018年1月1日~12月31日行胸腔镜手术并行可视化健康教育的40例NSCLC患者为观察组,比较两组术后康复时间、心理状况[采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分]、生活质量[采用健康调查简表(SF-36)评分]、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果:观察组吸氧时间、拔管时间、住院时间、下床活动时间均短于对照组(P<0.01),SCL-90中抑郁、躯体化、强迫、恐怖、精神病症状、焦虑等维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.01),SF-36各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.01),术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),术后满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将可视化健康教育模式应用于肺癌胸腔镜手术患者中,能有效缩短NSCLC患者康复时间,改善患者心理状况和生活质量,减少并发症的发生,提高术后满意度。

Objective:To investigate the effect of visualized health education model on patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)undergoing thoracoscopic surgery.Methods:Forty cases of NSCLC patients with thoracoscope surgery who were implemented routine nursing model from January 1,2017 to December 31were selected as the control group and forty cases of NSCLC patients with thoracoscope surgery who were implemented visualized health education model from January 1,2018 to December 31 were selected as the observation group.Postoperative recovery time,the psychological status[by the self-report symptom inventory Symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)],the quality of life[by the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)],complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The oxygen time,extubation time,length of hospital stay,and out-of-bed activity time in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01).The dimension score of depression,somatization,coercion,terror,psychotic symptoms,anxiety and others in SCL-90 was lower than that of control group(P<0.01),each dimension score of SF-36 was higher than control group(P<0.01),the incidence of postoperative complications was always lower than the control group(P<0.05),and postoperative satisfaction was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Application of visual health education model in lung cancer patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery can effectively shorten the recovery time of NSCLC patients,improve their psychological status and quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote postoperative satisfaction.
