循证问题-支持-评价-运用护理模式在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中的应用

The Application of Nursing Model of Evidence-Support-Evaluation-Application in Patients with Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

目的:探讨循证问题-支持-评价-运用护理模式在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将80例妇科腹腔镜手术患者按护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施循证问题-支持-评价-运用护理模式,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组术后48 h焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预12、24、36、48 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、下床活动时间、首次排便时间及满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证问题-支持-评价-运用护理模式可有效缓解妇科腹腔镜手术患者的负性情绪,减轻疼痛,减少术后并发症,改善术后胃肠功能恢复效果,提高满意度。

Objective:To explore the application methods and effects of evidence-support-evaluation-Application in patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods:According to different nursing methods,80 cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients were divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases each.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received evidence-support-evaluation-application nursing model.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 48 hours after operation(P<0.05).Visual analogue scale(VAS)score in the observation group at 12,24,36 and 48 hours of intervention was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,out-of-bed activity time,first bowel movement time and satisfaction degree(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing model of evidence-support-evaluation-application can effectively relieve the negative emotions of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients,reduce pain and postoperative complications,improve postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery,and increase satisfaction degree.
