根管治疗术治疗对牙周牙髓联合病变患者牙齿松动及复发率的影响

The effect of root canal therapy on tooth loosening and recurrence rate in patients with periodontal endodontics

目的探讨根管治疗术治疗对牙周牙髓联合病变患者牙齿松动及复发率的影响。方法选取2016年9月-2019年6月收治的牙周牙髓联合病变患者70例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各35例。对照组常规牙周基础治疗,研究组联合根管治疗术治疗,比较两组治疗后临床疗效、疼痛程度、不良反应、牙齿松动情况和其他相关指标。结果研究组临床效果高于对照组(P < 0.05);研究组治疗后疼痛评分低于对照组(P < 0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P < 0.05);研究组牙齿松动程度及其他相关指标优于对照组(P < 0.05);研究组复发率低于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论牙周牙髓联合病变应用根管治疗术治疗效果理想,能减轻患者的牙痛程度,同时也减少不良反应发生率和临床复发率,预后情况良好,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of root canal therapy on the rate of tooth looseness and recurrence in patients with periodontal pulp disease.Methods 70 patients with periodontal pulp combined lesions admitted from September 2016 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group and study group,35 cases each.The control group received conventional periodontal therapy,and the study group received combined root canal therapy.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,adverse reactions,tooth looseness and other related indicators were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The clinical effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pain score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of tooth looseness and other related indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of study group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Root canal therapy for periodontal pulp combined with periodontal disease has an ideal therapeutic effect,which can reduce the degree of toothache in patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and clinical recurrence at the same time,and has a good prognosis,which is worthy of popularization and application.
