莫沙必利联合泮托拉唑钠对反流性食管炎患者胃动素及胃泌素的影响

The effect of mosapride combined with pantoprazole sodium on the motilin and gastrin in patients with reflux esophagitis

目的探讨莫沙必利联合泮托拉唑钠对反流性食管炎(RE)患者胃动素及胃泌素的影响。方法选取2015年5月至2018年5月本院收治的RE患者150例,依据随机数字表法分为联合组、单利组、单钠组,每组50例,单钠组给予泮托拉唑钠治疗,单利组给予莫沙必利治疗,联合组给予莫沙必利联合泮托拉唑钠治疗,比较三组胃动素及胃泌素、反流症状、治疗疗效、不良反应。结果联合组治疗后胃动素及胃泌素明显高于单利组、单钠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组治疗后反流≥5min次数、最长时间明显低于单利组、单钠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组治疗有效率明显高于单利组、单钠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组不良反应率高于单利组、单钠组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论莫沙必利联合泮托拉唑钠可有效改善RE患者胃动素及胃泌素、反流症状,有利于提高治疗疗效,且安全性好,值得临床作进一步推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of mosapride combined with pantoprazole sodium on the motilin and gastrin in patients with reflux esophagitis(RE).Methods 150 patients with RE were selected from May 2015 to May 2018 in our Hospital,according to the random number table method,they were divided into combined group,single-benefit group and single-sodium group,50 cases in each group,single-sodium group was given pantoprazole sodium treatment,single-benefit group was given mosapride treatment,combined group was given mosapride combined with pantoprazole sodium treatment,the motilin and gastrin,reflux symptoms,therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The after treatment motilin and gastrin in combined group were significantly higher than those in single-benefit group and single-sodium group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The after treatment number of reflux(>5 minutes)and the longest time in combined group were significantly lower than those in single-benefit group and single-sodium group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effective rate in combined group was significantly higher than that in single-benefit group and single-sodium group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in combined group was higher than that in single benefit group and the single sodium group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions Mosapride combined with pantoprazole sodium can effectively improve the motilin,gastrin and reflux symptoms in patients wit hRE,which is conducive to improving the therapeutic efficacy,and it has good safety,it’s worth for further clinical promotion.
