比较隐形无托槽矫正器与金属托槽直丝弓矫正器在正畸中的效果

Compare the effects of invisible braces without brackets and metal brackets straight wire in orthodontics

目的本文旨在比较隐形无托槽矫正器与老式金属托槽直丝弓矫正器在口腔正畸中的应用效果情况。方法本实验选取2019年3月至2020年4月间于我院口腔科就诊的需行口腔正畸的患者共计140例,将入组患者应用随机数字表法平均分成两组,其中观察组与对照组各70人。对观察组患者行隐形无托槽矫正器矫正,对照组患者行常规固定矫正技术进行矫正,于矫正后12个月对两组患者治疗效果及牙周指数情况。结果观察组倾斜牙矫正时间、推磨牙向后时间及总治疗时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05);观察组牙齿松动度、牙龈出血指数及牙周袋深度均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论隐形无托槽矫正器相较于老式金属托槽直丝弓矫正器在口腔正畸中的应用效果更好,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To compare the effects of invisible braces without brackets and old metal brackets straight wire in orthodontics.Methods Selected 140 patients who were required to undergo orthodontics from March 2019 to April 2020,divided into two groups by random number table method.Among them,the observation group 70 people in the control group.Patients in the observation group were corrected with invisible braces without braces,and the patients in the control group were corrected with conventional fixed correction techniques.The treatment effect and periodontal index of the two groups were treated 12 months after the correction.Results Oblique teeth correction time,molar back time and total treatment time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's teeth looseness,gingival bleeding index and periodontal pocket depth were all shorter Lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with the old-fashioned metal bracket straight wire orthodontic appliance,the invisible bracketless orthodontic appliance has a better application effect in orthodontics and is worthy of clinical promotion.
