针灸治疗急性发作期过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效及安全性分析

Analysis of the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of acute allergic rhinitis

目的研究针灸运用在急性发作期过敏性鼻炎(Allergic rhinitis,AR)治疗中的临床疗效及安全性。方法分组依据为随机数字表法,将2019年1月~12月我院接诊的80例急性发作期AR患者分为对照组(纳入40例,行常规西医治疗)、观察组(纳入40例,行针灸治疗),对两组的临床疗效、治疗安全性进行对比。结果 (1)在临床疗效方面,观察组总有效率(90.00%)高于对照组(72.50%),P<0.05;(2)观察组不良反应发生率(2.50%)低于对照组(15.00%),P<0.05。结论为急性发作期AR患者进行针灸治疗,疗效显著,治疗安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR)during acute episodes.Methods The grouping was based on the random number table method.The 80 acute-onset AR patients admitted from January to December 2019 in our hospital were divided into a control group(40 cases were included and received conventional Western medicine treatment)and an Observation group(included 40 cases,underwent acupuncture treatment),compared the clinical efficacy and treatment safety of the two groups.Results(1)In terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate(90.00%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(72.50%),P<0.05;(2)The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(2.50%)was lower than that of the control group(15.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for patients with AR in acute onset has remarkable curative effect and high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
