鼻-鼻窦肿瘤CT和MRI影像学诊断价值分析

Analysis of CT and MRI imaging diagnostic value of nasal-sinus tumors

目的探讨CT和MRI在鼻-鼻窦肿瘤影像学诊断和临床治疗中的应用价值。方法选取我院2015年7月~2019年8月期间收治的63例疑似鼻-鼻窦肿瘤患者作为研究对象,经过CT和MRI检查后,分析CT、MRI以及CT联合MRI在鼻-鼻窦肿瘤诊断中的应用效果。结果经过手术病理诊断,在63例疑似鼻-鼻窦肿瘤患者中,确诊阳性结果49例,阴性结果14例。CT诊断鼻-鼻窦肿瘤的特异性、灵敏度、准确性分别为89.80%、71.43%、85.71%,MRI诊断鼻-鼻窦肿瘤的特异性、灵敏度、准确性分别为87.75%、75.57%、85.71%,CT与MRI对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。CT联合MRI在鼻-鼻窦肿瘤诊断中的特异性、灵敏度、准确性分别为95.92%、92.86%、95.24%,显著高于CT、MRI诊断(P < 0.05)。结论鼻-鼻窦肿瘤患者的影像学诊断中,CT、MRI均可作为诊断方法,能够准确检出早期病变的发生,两种影像学诊断方法的应用效果相仿,同时存在着一定的缺陷和不足,采取CT联合MRI诊断的方式,可以有效提升诊断结果的准确性,为鼻-鼻窦肿瘤的临床诊疗工作提供有价值的参考。

Objective To explore the value of CT and MRI in imaging diagnosis and clinical treatment of nasal-sinus tumors.Methods 63 patients with suspected nasal-sinus tumor admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to August 2019 were selected as study subjects.After CT and MRI examination,the application effects of CT,MRI and CT combined MRI in the diagnosis of nasal-sinus tumor were analyzed.Results Among 63 patients with suspected naso-paranasal tumor,49 had positive and 14 had negative results.The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of CT in the diagnosis of nasal-paranasal tumor were 89.80%,71.43%and 85.71%,respectively;the specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of nasal-paranasal tumor were 87.75%,75.57%and 85.71%,respectively,and there was no significant difference between CT and MRI(P>0.05).The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of CT combined with MRI in the diagnosis of nasal-sinus tumors were 95.92%,92.86%and 95.24%,respectively,which were significantly higher than that of CT and MRI(P<0.05).Conclusions Nasal-the imaging diagnosis of patients with sinus tumors,CT and MRI can be used as a diagnostic method,can accurate detection of early pathological changes,the application effect of two Methods of imaging diagnosis,at the same time there are some shortcomings and the insufficiency,adopt the method of joint MRI in the diagnosis of CT,can effectively improve the accuracy of the diagnosis,the nose-sinus tumor provide valuable reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment work.
