鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术后引起患者睡眠障碍的原因及相关护理措施探讨

Causes of patients with sleep disturbance after endoscopic sinus surgery and related nursing measures

目的探究鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术后引起患者睡眠障碍的原因及相关护理措施。方法选取2019年1~12月在本院开展鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术的50例患者作为研究对象,随机双盲法将其分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用针对性护理,分析鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术后引起睡眠障碍的原因,并对护理效果进行对比分析。结果经分析,发现不良心理、呼吸方式的改变、外界因素的影响、疼痛、咽候部干燥等为影响因素。护理后,观察组睡眠质量评分低于对照组,P < 0.05;观察组各项睡眠指标改善效果明显优于对照组,P < 0.05。结论鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术后开展针对性护理,可以提升护理质量,改善睡眠障碍,保障手术治疗效果。

Objective To explore the causes of patients with sleep disorders after sinusitis and endoscopic sinus surgery and related nursing measures.Methods From January to December 2019,50 patients undergoing sinusitis and endoscopic sinus surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into 25 cases in the control group and 25 cases in the observation group by random double-blind method.The control group used routine nursing care,and the observation group used targeted nursing care to analyze the causes of sleep disorders after sinusitis and endoscopic sinus surgery,and to compare the nursing effects.Results After analysis,it was found that bad psychology,changes in breathing methods,influence of external factors,pain,dryness of the pharyngeal part were the influencing factors.After nursing,the sleep quality score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05;the improvement effect of various sleep indicators in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Targeted care after sinusitis and endoscopic sinus surgery can improve the quality of care,improve sleep disorders,and ensure the effect of surgical treatment.
