年轻恒牙应用MTA行活髓切断术时的手术护理经验总结

Surgical nursing experience of young permanent teeth undergoing pulpotomy with MTA

目的系统概括在使用MTA对年轻恒牙进行活髓切断术治疗过程中的护理配合操作要点和关键环节。方法护士在配合医生的治疗过程中应严格遵循无菌操作原则。术前对患儿病情进行全面评估,并准备好各种灭菌医疗器械及物品;术中密切与医生配合,严格执行操作规范,若患儿配合度不高还需积极对其进行引导,以保证手术治疗的顺利进行;术后主动对患儿及家长向患儿及家长交代注意事项及口腔保健知识,督促其主动配合治疗并定期进行复诊。结果在护士的协助护理下,于我院就诊的26例患儿共31颗恒牙均能配合医生完成MTA活髓切断术治疗,并取得良好的成效。结论在应用MTA进行年轻恒牙活髓切断术的治疗中,准确、高效的手术护理配合可极大地改善治疗效果,提高工作效率。

Objective To systematically summarize the key points and key links of nursing cooperation in the treatment of young permanent teeth with pulpotomy using MTA.Methods Nurses should strictly follow the principle of aseptic operation when cooperating with doctors.Perform a comprehensive assessment of the child’s condition before the operation,and prepare various sterilized medical equipment and items;closely cooperate with the doctor during the operation and strictly implement the operating specifications.If the child’s cooperation is not high,it is necessary to actively guide him.To ensure the smooth progress of surgical treatment;take the initiative to explain the precautions and oral health knowledge to the children and parents to the children and parents after the operation,and urge them to actively cooperate with the treatment and conduct regular follow-up visits.Results With the assistance of nurses,26 children with 31 permanent teeth in our hospital were able to cooperate with the doctor to complete the MTA pulpotomy treatment,and achieved good results.Conclusion In the application of MTA for pulpotomy of young permanent teeth,accurate and efficient surgical care can greatly improve the treatment effect and increase work efficiency.
