临床护理路径在鼻内镜下鼻窦炎鼻息肉围手术期护理中的应用分析

Application of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative nursing care of patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps under nasal endoscope

目的分析临床护理路径应用于鼻内镜下鼻窦炎鼻息肉手术患者的围手术期护理中的效果。方法将2015年1月到2018年9月随机抽取的64例在本院鼻内镜下行鼻窦炎鼻息肉手术患者,采取非同期队列对照设计分为两组,即2016年11月–2018年9月32例患者为实验组,应用临床护理路径;2015年1月-2016年10月32例患者为对照组,给予常规护理,对比两组患者对护理的满意程度与术后并发症的发生率。结果实验组患者对护理的满意程度明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05),且术后并发症发生率实验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下鼻窦炎鼻息肉手术患者的围手术期应用临床护理路径,可以提高患者的护理度,降低术后并发症的发生率,缩短住院日,减少住院费用,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway on perioperative nursing of patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps under nasal endoscope.Methods A total of 64 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps were randomly selected from January 2015 to September 2018 in our hospital.They were divided into two groups by non synchronous cohort control design,that is,from November 2016 to September 2018,32 patients were selected as the experimental group,and the clinical nursing pathway was applied;from January 2015 to October 2016,32 patients were taken as the control group,and routine nursing was given,and the satisfaction degree of the two groups of patients on nursing was compared And the incidence of postoperative complications.Results The satisfaction degree of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of clinical nursing pathway in the perioperative period of patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps under nasal endoscope can improve the nursing degree of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,shorten the length of stay,and reduce the cost of hospitalization,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
