心理护理干预对前庭神经炎患者负性情绪及疗效的影响

Influence of psychological nursing intervention on negative emotions and clinical efficacy in patients with vestibular neuritis

目的探讨心理护理干预对前庭神经炎患者负性情绪及疗效的影响。方法选取60例前庭神经炎患者,随机将其分成两组,每组 30例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予心理护理干预,分析比较两组患者干预前后的负性情绪及眩晕严重程度。结果观察组患者的焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分均明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组眩晕残障评分较对照组降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对前庭神经炎患者心理护理干预可以改善患者的负性情绪,提高临床疗效,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on negative emotions and clinical efficacy in patients with vestibular neuritis.Methods Sixty patients with vestibular neuritis were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care and the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention.The two groups were analyzed and compared before and after the intervention in the severity of negative emotion and vertigo.Results The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale and the self-rating depression scale of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The dizziness handicap inventory score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological nursing intervention for patients with vestibular neuritis can improve patients’negative emotions,improve clinical efficacy,and improve patients'quality of life.
