摘要
为加快查清城市地下三维地质结构,评估城市资源环境承载能力和利用前景,推进解决城市立体发展和地下空间安全利用等问题,立足已有数据的管理、更新与重构,充分利用现代的计算机网络、数据库、地理信息系统及三维可视化等先进技术,构建福建省城市地质三维信息通用系统,实现包含数据录入、管理与维护、三维建模、分析评价、三维展示、社会化服务等通用功能,满足现代城市地质调查三维地质建模与公共服务技术需求,为福建各地市的城市地质调查信息化提供平台,促进全省地质信息化项目的共建与数据互通共享。
In order to speed up the investigation of the underground three-dimensional geological structure of the city, promote the solution of urban three-dimensional development and the safe use of underground space, and update and reconstruct based on the existing data management, making full use of modern computer networks, databases, geographic information systems and the advanced technology such as 3 D visualization, to build general urban geological 3 D information system in Fujian Province. This system will realize general functions including data management and maintenance, 3 D modeling, analysis and evaluation, 3 D display, social services, and provide service for urban geological survey informatization around the cities. Promote the construction and data sharing of geological informatization projects across the province.
