摘要
基于复杂多变边界条件,设计了以蓄电池为主要驱动电源、固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)为辅助电源的串联式混合动力系统,并对整车动力系统的关键部件进行参数匹配设计。利用Advisor软件对SOFC-蓄电池混合动力系统进行建模仿真,并从轻量化设计的角度与原电动汽车进行对比。仿真结果表明,设计的混合动力系统能够满足车辆的动力性和经济性要求,弥补了电动汽车行驶里程短、续航能力差的缺点,同时降低了蓄电池系统峰值功率的需求,延长了蓄电池的寿命。续驶里程的影响因素分析表明,设计的混合动力系统能够达到预期600 km的里程目标,展现了SOFC在未来交通领域的发展潜力。
A series hybrid system with a storage battery as the main driving power source and a solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC)as an auxiliary power source was designed and the parameter matching of key components was then conducted based on complex and variable boundary conditions.The simulation of SOFC-battery hybrid power system and comparison with the prototype electric vehicle were carried out with the Advisor software from the view of lightweight design.The results show that the designed hybrid system can meet the vehicle power and economy requirements and compensate for the disadvantages of short mileage and poor endurance of electric vehicle.Meanwhile,it reduces the peak power demand of battery system and prolongs the battery life.According to the analysis of driving mileage,the designed hybrid system can reach the expected 600 km target,which shows the potential of SOFC in the future transportation field.
