涡轮增压器气动噪声控制方法研究 被引量:8

摘要 涡轮增压技术作为发动机小型化和节能减排的重要技术手段,获得了广泛的应用,但车辆动力性能及加速性要求越来越高,使得涡轮增压器气动噪声问题日益凸显。重点对涡轮增压器脉冲啸叫噪声及Whoosh噪声两种常见气动噪声的发生机理进行研究,提出了脉冲啸叫噪声的测试工装标定方案,对压气机入口的矩形环槽方案进行了CFD流场分析,依据分析结果制定了抑制Whoosh噪声的开槽方案。结合某款汽油涡轮增压发动机量产开发进行试验验证,试验结果表明,以上噪声优化控制方法有效地抑制了涡轮增压器相关噪声,实现了整车优秀的NVH品质。 As an important means of engine downsizing,energy saving and emission reduction,turbocharging technology has been widely used.However,the problem of turbocharger aerodynamic noise becomes increasingly urgent with the increased requirements of vehicle high-power and acceleration performance.The emphasis was put on researching the mechanism of common aerodynamic noise such as impulse whistling noise and whoosh noise,the calibration scheme of testing tool for impulse whistling noise was put forward and the slotting scheme to suppress the whoosh noise was formulated according to CFD analysis of the rectangular ring groove scheme at the inlet of compressor.With the application on a gasoline turbocharged engine of mass production,the test results show that the turbocharger related noises can be effectively suppressed by using the above noise optimization control methods and the excellent NVH quality of whole vehicle can be achieved.
