摘要
结合实践经验,详细叙述我国西南地区羊肚菌栽培的详细操作流程。包括:菌种和营养料袋的准备、栽培场地的选择与处理、场地和土壤的预处理、出菇棚搭建、播种、菌丝体生长阶段的管理、出菇阶段的管理、采收与加工等,列出每一步操作的数量参数、时间参数。
This article describes in detail each step of the operation process of morel cultivation in southwest China. Including: preparation of spawn and nutrient bags, selection and treatment of cultivation sites, pretreatment of sites and soil, construction of fruiting sheds, sowing of spawn, management of mycelial growth stage, management of fruiting, harvesting and processing Etc.. The quantity parameters and time parameters of each step of the operation process were listed.
