Development and practice of an agile development and associated form development management model

敏捷开发作为网络工程中能将功能有效分割的开发模式,对实现子系统的独立开发有着很重要的作用。对一种敏捷开发、关联表单的开发需求和环境任务进行分析,引入五螺旋开发模型实现敏捷开发与关联表单开发任务的有效结合,结果显示,与传统开发模式相比,敏捷开发模式下人员投入量大幅度减少,人均周工时减少了36.83%,人均绩效增加了36.64%,用户的满意度提高到了94.5%。

As a development model that can effectively divide functions in network engineering,agile development plays an important role in achieving independent development of subsystems.It analyzes the development requirements and environmental tasks of a kind of agile development and associative forms,and introduces the five-helix development model to realize the effective combination of agile development and associative form development tasks.The results show that,compared with the traditional development model,personnel investment in the agile development model can be greatly reduced,the per capita weekly working hours is reduced by 36.83%,the per capita performance is increased by 36.64%,and the user satisfaction is increased to 94.5%.
