汽车前端模块专用运输料架设计

摘要 汽车试制试装车间在新车型的试制试装过程中,由于零件数量多、体积大且状态不同,产生了巨大的零部件仓储压力,严重情况下会使得装配现场零部件混放,达不到6S管理的要求;在转运过程中,由于缺乏专用转运工具,零件在转运过程中磕碰伤严重,成本居高不下。基于此,针对汽车前端模块这种集成化程度高、体积大、结构复杂又易损坏的软模件零件,设计开发出一种汽车前端模块配件运输料架,并利用有限元分析法对运输料架三维模型整体结构进行强度校核分析,验证了该料架在承载及安全性方面符合要求。 In the process of trial-production and trial-assembly of a new type of vehicle,a large number of parts storage pressure exists in the trial-production and trial-assembly workshop due to the large number,large volume and different state of the parts.At the same time,the lack of special storage and transportation frame leads to many problems,such as low utilization rate of storage space in trial-production workshop,serious bumps and injuries during transshipment,and disorderly storage of field components,which can not meet the requirements of 6S management.Based on this,aiming at the high integration,large volume,complex structure and easy to damage soft module parts of automobile front-end module,a kind of transportation material rack for automobile front-end module accessories is designed and developed.The strength check analysis of the overall structure of the three-dimensional model of the transportation rack is carried out by using the finite element analysis method,which verifies that the material rack meets the requirements in terms of bearing capacity and safety.
