氧化石墨烯/硅藻土复合微球的制备及吸附性能研究 被引量:6

Preparation of graphene oxide/diatomite composite microspheres and its adsorption properties

摘要 通过微波干燥工艺制备氧化石墨烯(GO)硅藻土(DE)复合微球,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对微球结构进行了表征.以亚甲基蓝(MB)模拟水中的有机污染物,研究了不同制备工艺、吸附剂比例对所制备的复合微球吸附性能的影响.结果表明:通过微波干燥工艺制备出了具有三维立体结构的GO/DE复合微球;微波工艺显著改善了GO/DE复合微球对MB的吸附性能,当GO与DE的质量比为1∶150时去除率达99.9%,且微球经过循环吸附性能测试后吸附率仍大于90%. In this paper,graphene oxide(GO)and diatomite(DE)composite microspheres was prepared by microwave drying method.The structure of the microspheres was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that GO/DE composite microspheres with three-dimensional structure was prepared by microwave drying method.Methylene blue(MB)organic pollutants in simulated water,study the different preparation process,adsorption ratio influence on the adsorption properties.The experimental results shown that microwave technology can significantly improve the adsorption performance of GO/DE composite microspheres for MB.When the mass ratio of GO to DE was 1∶150,the removal rate reached 99.9%,further more,the adsorption rate was still greater than90%after the adsorption performance cyclic test.
