摘要 宝钢厚板5 m产线积极推进智慧设备管理系列举措,在设备状态诊断、智能工具应用、智慧业务管理等方面进行了积极的探索。基于PIDAS大数据平台,开发了轧机关键设备状态监控系统、设备缺陷管理系统。通过设备状态大数据诊断,提升设备异常发现水平,发挥设备极致效率;通过对设备缺陷的精准管理,提升产线综合能力。未来将对关键设备状态监控系统进行拓展,开发模糊检索及辅助诊断功能、关键设备精度管理功能,以进一步提升设备远程运维指数。 Baosteel’s 5m heavy plate mill is actively promoting its smart equipment management technologies,and equipment condition diagnosis,intelligent tool application and intelligent business management are explored.The key equipment condition monitoring system and equipment defect management system are developed based on PIDAS big data platform.Through the big data diagnosis of equipment status,the abnormal detection level of equipment is improved,and the extreme efficiency of equipment is brought into play.Through the accurate management of equipment defects,the comprehensive ability of production line is improved.In the future,the condition monitoring system of key equipment will be expanded.Fuzzy retrieval and auxiliary diagnosis functions and accuracy of key equipment management functions will be developed,so as to further improve the remote operation and maintenance index of equipment.
