摘要 简要描述了350 MW超临界循环流化床锅炉的构造,阐述了布风板风帽的构造及布置形式,详细描述了超临界循环流化床锅炉布风板阻力特性、临界流化风量、流化均匀性试验的目的、原理及详细方法,并对试验结果进行分析。本试验为该锅炉首次动力场试验,试验结果为本机组及同类型超临界循环流化床锅炉检修、热态运行及调整提供了重要参考依据,为今后机组安全、平稳、经济、高效运行打下基础。 This article briefly describes the structure of 350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler,and expounds the structure and layout of the air distribution plate.The purpose,principle and detailed method are described in detail and the test results are analyzed about the resistance characteristics of the air distribution plate,the critical fluidization air volume,the fluidization uniformity test.This test is the first dynamic field test of this boiler.The test results provide an important reference for the maintenance,thermal operation and adjustment of this unit and the same type of supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler,which will lay a foundation for the safe,stable,economical and efficient operation of the unit in the future.
