综合护理对四肢骨折术后肢体肿胀及生活质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Limb Swelling and Quality of Life after Limb Fracture Surgery

目的探讨综合护理对四肢骨折术后肢体肿胀及生活质量的影响。方法将我院2018年3月至2018年11月收治的72例四肢骨折患者按入院单号和双号分为两组,每组36例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施综合护理。比较两组患者的肿胀程度、生活质量评分及临床指标。结果在生理功能、情绪功能、社会功能、躯体疼痛、精神健康、活力、整体健康、疼痛评分、日常生活能力评分等方面,研究组均优于对照组(P<0.05);在肢体肿胀程度方面,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四肢骨折护理过程中,通过开展综合护理方案,可减轻患者肢体肿胀程度,提高其日常生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on limb swelling and quality of life after limb fracture surgery.Methods The 72 patients with limb fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to November 2018 were divided into two groups according to the admission single number and double number,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care and the study group was given comprehensive nursing care.The swelling degree,quality of life score and clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results In terms of physical function,emotional function,social function,physical pain,mental health,vitality,overall health,pain score,and daily living ability score,the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05);in terms of limb swelling,The study group is better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the nursing process of limb fractures,comprehensive nursing programs can reduce the swelling of the limbs and improve the quality of daily life.
