超声引导关节腔药物注射在类风湿关节炎治疗中的应用

摘要 目的探讨超声引导关节腔药物注射在类风湿关节炎治疗中的应用效果。方法选取医院于2017年12月至2019年6月诊治的类风湿关节炎患者中的106例为研究对象,并按治疗方案不同分组。将应用美洛昔康联合超短波治疗者设为对照组(n=53),将采取超声引导关节腔药物注射治疗者设为研究组(n=53),比较两组患者整体治疗效果、治疗前后膝关节功能评分以及类风湿因子指标变化。结果①治疗后,两组患者的Lysholm膝关节评分均高于治疗前(t=17.243、9.740,均P=0.000),其中研究组高于对照组(t=9.299,P=0.000);②研究组患者整体治疗有效率是98.11%高于对照组的84.91%(χ^2=4.371,P=0.037);③治疗后,两组患者的类风湿因子指标水平均低于治疗前(t=37.217、28.306,均P=0.000),其中研究组低于对照组(t=7.966,P=0.000)。结论超声引导关节腔药物注射在类风湿关节炎治疗中的应用效果确切。 Objective To investigate the eff ect of ultrasound-guided intra-articular drug injection in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods One hundred and six patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated in hospital from December 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into two groups according to diff erent treatment schemes:the control grou p(n=53)was treated with meloxicam combined with ultrashort wave therapy,and the study group(n=53)was treated with ultrasound-guided intra-articular drug injection.The changes of knee joint function score and rheumatoid factor index were analyzed statistically.Result(1)After treatment,Lysholm knee score in both groups was higher than that before treatment.(t=17.243,9.740,all P=0.000),the study group was higher than the control group(t=9.299,P=0.000).(2)The overall eff ective rate of the study group was 98.11%higher than that of the control group(84.91%)(χ^2=4.371,P=0.037).(3)After treatment,the level of rheumatoid factor in both groups was lower than that before treatment(t=37.217,28.306,all P=0.000),the study group was lower than the control group(t=7.966,P=0.000).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided intra-articular drug injection is eff ective in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
