双心境稳定剂联合奥氮平治疗双相情感障碍患者的效果

Effect of Bipolar Mood Stabilizer Combined with Olanzapine in the Treatment of Manic Episode of Bipolar Disorder

目的分析双心境稳定剂联合奥氮平治疗双相情感障碍患者的效果。方法选取2018年8月至2020年8月于辽宁省精神卫生中心分院接受治疗的172例双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者,根据治疗方法的不同随机分为对照组和观察组,各86例。对照组选择双心镜稳定剂,即碳酸锂片联合丙戊酸钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用奥氮平治疗。比较两组疗效、Bech-Rafaelsen躁狂量表(BRMS)评分、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率、治疗2、4、6周后BRMS评分、不良反应发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论应用双心镜稳定剂联合奥氮平双治疗相情感障碍患者可取得确切的疗效,迅速控制躁狂的发作,且安全性较高。

Objective To analyze the eff ect of bipolar mood stabilizer combined with olanzapine in the treatment of manic episode of bipolar disorder.Methods From August 2018 to August 2020,172 patients with manic episode of bipolar aff ective disorder in our hospital were selected,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group acco rding to diff erent treatment methods,86 cases in each group.The control group chose a bicardioscopic stabilizer,that is,lithium carbonate tablets combined with sodium valproate treatment,and the observation group was treated with olanzapine on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,Bech-Rafaelsen Melancholia scale(BRMS)score,the occurrence of adverse reactions was compared.Results The observation group's total clinical treatment rate,BRMS score after 2,4,and 6 weeks of treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were better than those of the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Application of bicardioscopic stabilizer combined with olanzapine in dual treatment of patients with phase aff ective disorder can achieve defi nite curative eff ect,quickly control the onset of mania,and has high safety.
