米氮平联合氢溴酸西酞普兰治疗抑郁症患者睡眠障碍的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Mirtazapine Combined with Citalopram Hydrobromide in the Treatment of Sleep Disorders in Patients with Depression

目的探究抑郁症患者睡眠障碍治疗中米氮平片联合氢溴酸西酞普兰片的治疗效果。方法选择我院收治并配合本研究开展的抑郁症患者共88例,均于2018年2月至2019年2月入我院治疗,随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用米氮平片+氢溴酸西酞普兰片治疗,对照组采用氢溴酸西酞普兰片治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后两组抑郁指标评分(HAMD-17、MADRS)以及睡眠质量评分(睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍)较治疗前相比均有改善,且研究组患者治疗后抑郁指标评分以及睡眠质量评分均低于对照组;研究组患者治疗后不良反应发生率(6.72%)明显低于对照组(27.27%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症睡眠障碍患者治疗中米氮平片联合氢溴酸西酞普兰片能够有效提升患者治疗效果,改善患者抑郁情绪,缓解患者睡眠障碍情况,提升患者的睡眠质量,降低不良反应发生情况。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of mirtazapine combined with citalopram hydrobromide in the treatment of sleep disorders in patients with depression.Methods Choose our hospital and comply with this study conducted a total of 88 patients with depression,both in February 2018 to February 2019,works in our treatment,were randomly divided into research group and the control group,the research group uses the mirtazapine tablets+citalopram hydrobromide tablets treatment,control group adopts the citalopram hydrobromide tablets treatment,compared the therapeutic eff ect of two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the depression index scores(HAMD-17,MADRS)and sleep quality scores(sleep quality,sleep time,sleep effi ciency,sleep disorder)of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the depression index scores and sleep quality scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment in the research group(6.72%)was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group(27.27%),with statistically signifi cant diff erences(P<0.05).Conclusion Mirtazapine tablets combined with citalopram hydrobromide tablets can eff ectively improve the therapeutic eff ect in the treatment of depressive patients with sleep disorders,thus improving patients'depression,alleviating their sleep disorders,improving their sleep quality and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application in the future.
