甲巯咪唑联合激素对甲状腺功能亢进患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Methimazole combined with Hormone in Patients with Hyperthyroidism

目的探讨甲巯咪唑联合激素对甲状腺功能亢进患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在大连市友谊医院内分泌科就诊的80例甲状腺功能亢进患者,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组40例患者给予糖皮质激素治疗,试验组40例患者在对照组的基础上用甲巯咪唑治疗。比较两组患者的临床有效率和两组患者甲状腺功能情况。结果试验组患者的临床有效率为(87.50%)明显高于对照组(75.00%)(P<0.05);试验组患者的FT3、FT4、TSH水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对甲状腺功能亢进患者采取甲巯咪唑联合激素治疗,可使患者的甲状腺功能恢复正常。

Objective To explore the clinical eff ect of methimazole combined with hormones on patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of 80 patients with hyperthyroidism who were treated in the Department of Endocrinology,Dalian Friendship Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into a test group and a control group.40 patients in the control group were treated with glucocorticoids,and 40 patients in the test group were treated with methimazole on the basis of the control group.The clinical eff ectiveness of the two groups of patients and the thyroid function of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The clinical effective rate of patients in the test group(87.50%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05);the levels of FT3,FT4,and TSH in the test group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of methimazole and hormone therapy for patients with hyperthyroidism can restore the patient's thyroid function to normal.
