注射速率和重建方法的选择对螺旋CT下肢动脉血管成像的意义

摘要 目的临床分析注射速率和重建方法的选择对螺旋CT下肢动脉血管成像的意义。方法采用回顾性方法分析,选取我院46例疑似有下肢动脉疾病患者,均行64层GE optima ct660型号的CT检查,根据注射速率分为A组(3.0 mL/s)与B组(4.0 mL/s),每组各23例,比较两种注射速率的处理图像质量。结果B组患者肾动脉水平、股动脉水平、足背动脉水平的CT值明显高于A组相应指标,有显著差异(P<0.05);A组:下肢动脉级别(2.15±0.56)分,血管边缘(1.22±0.41)分。B组:下肢动脉级别(3.56±0.78)分,血管边缘(2.54±0.22)分。B组的分三段重建图像对下肢动脉能力明显优于一次成像,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论科学选择注射速率及重建方法,可提高螺旋CT下肢动脉血管成像的诊断意义。 Objective To clinically analyze the signifi cance of the choice of injection rate and reconstruction method on spiral CT lower extremity arterial angiography.Methods Using retrospective analysis,the clinical data of 46 patients with suspected lower extremity arterial disease admitted were selected.All 64-row CT scans of GE optima ct660 model were divided into group A(3.0 mL/s)and group B(4.0 mL/s)according to the injection rate,23 cases in each group.Compare the processed image quality at the two injection rates.Results The CT values of renal artery level,femoral artery level and dorsal plantar artery level in group B were signifi cantly higher than those in group A,with signifi cant diff erences(P<0.05).Group A:lower extremity arterial level(2.15±0.56)points,blood vessels edge(1.22±0.41)points.Group B:lower extremity arterial grade(3.56±0.78)points,blood vessel margin(2.54±0.22)points.The reconstruction of the three-segment reconstruction image in group B was signifi cantly better than the one-time imaging of lower extremity arteries,with signifi cant diff erences(P<0.05).Conclusion The scientifi c choice of injection rate and reconstruction method can improve the diagnostic value of spiral CT lower extremity arterial angiography.
