经伤椎固定在胸腰段脊柱骨折患者中的实施效果及对JOA评分、VAS评分的影响

Effect of Intervertebral Fixation on Thoracolumbar Spine Fracture and Its Influence on JOA Score and VAS Score

目的探究经伤椎固定在胸腰段脊柱骨折患者中的实施效果以及对VAS、JOA评分影响。方法将我院于2017年2月至2019年4月收治的42例脊柱骨折患者纳入研究,并将患者的信息输入Excel表格。按照住院号为患者分组,其中单数住院号为对照组,行跨伤椎内固定;双数住院号为试验组,行经伤椎固定。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组手术相关指标、住院时间、VAS疼痛指数评分、JOA评分、并发症发生率方面的分析结果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经伤椎固定在胸腰段脊柱骨折患者中实施效果显著,可有效提高安全性,降低疼痛指数,缓解腰部功能,同时缩短住院时间,加快促进患者康复。

Objective To explore the implementation effect of thoracolumbar fixation in patients with thoracolumbar spine fracture and its influence on VAS and JOA scores.Methods A total of 42 patients were enrolled from February 2017 to April 2019.The information was input into Excel,and the hospitalization numbers were grouped,and the singular hospitalization number was the control group.Even number of patients was in the experimental group,who underwent fixation of the injured vertebra.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The operative parameters,hospitalization time,VAS pain index,JOA score and incidence of complications in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of fixation through injured vertebrae in patients with thoracolumbar spine fracture is significant,which can effectively improve the safety,reduce the pain index,relieve the lumbar function,shorten the hospitalization time,accelerate the rehabilitation of patients.
