氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死的疗效与安全性

Efficacy and Safety of Clopidogrel Combined with Aspirin in Treating Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的分析急性心肌梗死患者采用氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗的效果与安全性。方法本次试验研究的对象为我院在2018年1月至2019年1月收治的接受急性心肌梗死治疗的患者92例,按照患者接受治疗药物的不同将其分为试验组与参照组,试验组46例患者给予氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗,参照组患者给予阿司匹林治疗。对比分析两组患者的治疗效果以及安全性。结果试验组患者治疗效果显著优于参照组患者(P<0.05);治疗前试验组与参照组患者血浆黏度、左心射血分数以及血小板凝聚率并无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后试验组患者血浆黏度、左心射血分数以及血小板凝聚率改善情况显著优于参照组患者(P<0.05);与参照组患者相比,试验组患者各种不良反应发生概率更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死患者可提高临床治疗效果及安全性,改善血浆黏度、左心射血分数及血小板凝聚率等各项指标。

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction patients.Methods The subjects of this experimental study are 92 patients who were treated for acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.According to the diff erent treatment drugs the patients received,they were divided into the experimental group and the reference group.The experimental group 46 patients were treated with clopidogrel combined with aspirin,and patients in the reference group were treated with aspirin.Comparative analysis of the treatment eff ect and safety of the two groups of patients.Results The treatment eff ect of the test group was signifi cantly better than that of the reference group(P<0.05);there was no signifi cant diff erence in plasma viscosity,left ventricular ejection fraction,and platelet aggregation rate between the test group and the reference group before treatment(P>0.05),the test after treatment the improvement of plasma viscosity,left ventricular ejection fraction and platelet aggregation rate of patients in the experimental group was signifi cantly better than that of patients in the reference group(P<0.05);compared with patients in the reference group,the incidence of various adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant academic signifi cance(P<0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction can improve the clinical treatment eff ect and safety,improve plasma viscosity,left ventricular ejection fraction and platelet aggregation rate and other indicators.
