影响血常规临床检验精准度的相关因素探讨

Discussion on Related Factors Affecting the Accuracy of Routine Blood Clinical Examination

目的研究影响血常规临床检验精准度的相关因素。方法纳入200例患者作为此次研究的对象。纳入标准:在我院接受血常规检验,自愿参与本院的此次研究。纳入时间段:2018年1月至2019年1月。在随机抽签分组的基础上,根据血液采集部位和时间的不同,将200例患者均等分为对照组(n=100)和观察组(n=100),其中对照组患者采集手肘静脉血液,在采集后的0.5 h、2 h、6 h的三个时间点,分别对血液样本进行血常规检验,观察组患者分别采集手肘静脉血液和手指末梢血液,在采集后的0.5 h内对血液样本进行血常规检验。所有血液的检验均通过全自动血细胞分析仪进行。对比检验结果。结果对照组结果:0.5 h、2 h时血常规检验的结果相比无显著差异(P>0.05),但6 h检验的结果与0.5 h、2 h时的检验结果有显著差异,白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、血小板水平均显著低于0.5 h、2 h时的检验结果(P<0.05);观察组结果:手指末梢血液检验的白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白水平均显著低于手肘静脉血液,但血小板水平显著高于手肘静脉血液(P<0.05)。结论在血常规检验中,血液采集部位的不同、检验时间的选择是影响检验精准度的主要原因,因此在进行血常规检验时,应尽量采集患者手肘静脉血液,并应在采集后的2 h内进行检验。

Objective To study the related factors affecting the accuracy of routine blood clinical examination.Methods Two hundred patients were included as subjects of this study.Inclusion criteria:received blood routine examination in our hospital and voluntarily participated in this study in our hospital.Inclusion time:During January 2018 to January 2019.On the basis of random lottery group,depending on the blood collection place and time,equal to 200 patients were divided into control group(n=100)and observation group(n=100),in the control group,blood was collected from the elbow vein,after the acquisition of 0.5 h,2 h,6 h,three time points,respectively to routine blood test,in the observation group,the blood of the elbow vein and the blood of the fi nger ending were collected respectively,and routine blood tests were conducted on the blood samples within 0.5 h after collection.All blood tests were performed using a fully automated hematology analyzer.Compare test results.Results Results of the control group:there was no signifi cant diff erence between the results of routine blood tests at 0.5 h and 2 h(P>0.05),but the results at 6 h were signifi cantly diff erent from those at 0.5 h and 2 h.The levels of white blood cells,red blood cells,hemoglobin and platelets were all signifi cantly lower than those at 0.5 h and 2 h(P<0.05).Results of the observation group:the levels of white blood cells,red blood cells and hemoglobin in fi nger blood test were signifi cantly lower than those in the elbow vein,but the levels of platelets were signifi cantly higher than those in the elbow vein(P<0.05).Conclusion In the routine blood test,the main reasons aff ecting the accuracy of the test are the diff erent blood collection sites and the selection of test time.Therefore,in the routine blood test,the blood of the elbow vein of the patient should be collected as far as possible,and the test should be conducted within 2 h after the collection.
