罗哌卡因在临床麻醉和疼痛治疗中的应用效果

Application Effect of Ropivacaine in Clinical Anesthesia and Pain Treatment

目的研究罗哌卡因在临床麻醉和疼痛治疗中的临床应用效果及方法。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月我院收治的需硬膜外麻醉后进行下肢、下腹部手术治疗的患者120例,应用随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组患者应用利多卡因麻醉及镇痛,观察组患者应用罗哌卡因麻醉及术后镇痛。对比分析给药后2 min、5 min、15 min两组患者麻醉效果评级情况,麻醉后30 min观察患者心率、平均动脉压、不良反应发生率,以及患者术后3 h、12 h、24 h镇痛效果、术后运动功能恢复效果。结果观察组患者用药后2 min、5 min、15 min,其麻醉效果评级平均值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组患者麻醉后30 min其心率、平均动脉压水平均无较大差异(P>0.05);两组患者麻醉后不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组患者术后3 h、12 h、24 h的VAS疼痛评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后独立行走时间显著早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论罗哌卡因具有较好麻醉效果和术后镇痛效果,同时不良反应少,术后运动功能恢复快。

Objective To study the clinical application eff ects and methods of ropivacaine in clinical anesthesia and pain treatment.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,120 patients in our hospital who needed epidural anesthesia for lower extremity and lower abdomen surgery were selected,and they were divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group patients were treated with lidoca due to anesthesia and analgesia,the observation group received ropivacaine anesthesia and postoperative analgesia.The anesthesia eff ect ratings of the two groups of patients at 2 min,5 min,and 15 min after administration were compared and analyzed.The patient's heart rate,mean arterial pressure,and incidence of adverse reactions were observed 30 min after anesthesia,and the patient's 3 h,12 h,and 24 h postoperative analgesic eff ect,postoperative motor function recovery eff ect.Results The average anesthesia eff ect ratings of the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those of the control group at 2 min,5 min,and 15 min after treatment(P<0.05);the observation group and the control group had the same heart rate and mean arterial pressure 30 min after anesthesia there was no signifi cant diff erence(P>0.05);there was no signifi cant diff erence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients after anesthesia(P>0.05);the VAS pain scores of the observation group were signifi cantly lower at 3 h,12 h,and 24 h after surgery the control group(P<0.05);the independent walking time of the observation group was signifi cantly earlier than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ropivacaine has good anesthesia eff ect and postoperative analgesic eff ect,at the same time,there are few adverse reactions,and the postoperative movement function recovers quickly.
