丁苯酞联合抗血小板治疗进展性卒中的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Butylphthalide Combined with Antiplatelet in the Treatment of Progressive Stroke

目的分析临床上应用丁苯酞联合抗血小板药物治疗进展性卒中的效果。方法在2017年2月至2019年2月,选取60例患有进展性卒中的患者作为这次试验的研究对象,30例患者采用抗血小板药物治疗为对照组;30例患者采用丁苯酞联合抗血小板药物治疗为观察组。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者的神经功能好转时间、症状改善时间都明显短于对照组患者;治疗后的NIHSS评分、mRS评分、BI指数都明显优于对照组患者,不良反应发生率也明显低于对照组患者;另外,临床治疗效果显著优于对照组患者;组间数据比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对进展性卒中患者采用丁苯酞联合抗血小板药治疗可明显缩短症状消退时间和神经功能好转时间,治疗后还可以明显改善患者的NIHSS评分、m RS评分、BI指数,降低不良反应发生率,明显提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical eff ect of butylphthalide combined with antiplatelet drugs in the treatment of progressive stroke.Methods From February 2017 to February 2019,60 patients with progressive stroke were selected as the study subjects of this trial.Thirty patients were treated with antiplatelet drugs as the control group;30 patients were treated with butylphthalide combined antiplatelet drug treatment is the observation group.Compare the treatment eff ect of the two groups of patients.Results The neurological improvement time and symptom improvement time of the observation group were signifi cantly shorter than those of the control group;the NIHSS score,mRS score,and BI index after treatment were signifi cantly better than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was also signifi cantly lower than that of the control group.In addition,the clinical treatment eff ect of the observation group was signifi cantly better than that of the control group;the data comparison between the groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the diff erence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically signifi cant(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with progressive stroke with butylphthalide combined with antiplatelet drugs can signifi cantly shorten the time for symptom resolution and neurological improvement.After treatment,it can also signifi cantly improve the patient's NIHSS score,mRS score,and BI index,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.Improve clinical treatment eff ect.
