注射用红花黄色素治疗冠心病心肌缺血的效果及对血液流变学指标的影响

Effect of Safflower Yellow for Injection on Myocardial Ischemia of Coronary Heart Disease and Its Influence on Hemorheological Indexes

目的探究分析注射用红花黄色素治疗冠心病心肌缺血的效果及对血液流变学指标的影响。方法选取2017年8月至2020年1月本院收治的118例冠心病心肌缺血患者,利用随机数表法将其分为两组,每组各59例。给予对照组患者常规治疗,试验组在此基础上增加注射用红花黄色素治疗。对比两组患者相关血液流变学指标、整体恢复情况和不良反应情况。结果试验组患者高切黏度、低切黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原及红细胞压积水平较对照组的改善显著,整体治疗有效率更高(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论注射用红花黄色素治疗冠心病心肌缺血具有较为突出的临床效果,能够显著缓解患者的症状,提高患者的心肌功能,进一步降低心血管病情加重的风险,具有较高的临床价值,值得基层医院推广应用。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of injection of safflower yellow on myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease and its influence on hemorheological indexes.Methods From August 2017 to January 2020,118 patients with coronary heart disease and myocardial ischemia admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into 2 groups using random number table method,59 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with safflower yellow for injection.Compare the two groups of related blood rheology indicators,overall recovery and adverse reactions.Results The high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and hematocrit of the experimental group were significantly improved compared with the control group,and the overall treatment efficiency was higher(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant diff erence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The saffl ower yellow for injection has a prominent clinical eff ect on the treatment of myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease.It can signifi cantly alleviate the symptoms of patients,improve the myocardial function of patients,and further reduce the risk of aggravating cardiovascular disease.It has high clinical value.It is worthy of popularization and application in primary hospitals.
