腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗子宫肌瘤的护理比较

Nursing Comparison of Laparoscopic and Open Surgery for Uterine Leiomyoma

目的了解腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗子宫肌瘤的护理比较。方法将我院2017年2月至2018年12月的600例子宫肌瘤患者,随机分为开腹护理服务组与腹腔镜护理服务组。给予开腹护理服务组患者传统治疗和护理,给予腹腔镜护理服务组患者腹腔镜子宫肌瘤治疗和护理。比较两组患者的满意度,平均住院时间、患者护理舒适度,护理前后心理状态以及生理应激,手术并发症出现率。结果腹腔镜护理服务组患者的满意度、心理状态以及生理应激、平均住院时间、患者护理舒适度、手术并发症出现率均优于开腹护理服务组,P<0.05。结论子宫肌瘤患者实施腹腔镜子宫肌瘤治疗和护理效果确切,可有效改善患者的身心状况,减少身心应激的发生,提高患者的舒适度,缩短住院的时间,减少并发症的出现,提高患者的满意度水平。

Objective To understand the nursing comparison of laparoscopic and open surgery for uterine fibroids.Methods The 600 cases of uterine fi broids in our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into an open nursing service group and a laparoscopic care service group.The patients in the laparotomy nursing service group were given traditional treatment and nursing care,and the patients in the laparoscopic nursing service group were given laparoscopic uterine fi broids treatment and nursing.The satisfaction of the two groups of patients,the average length of stay,the comfort of patient care,the psychological state before and after care,physical stress,and the incidence of surgical complications were compared.Result The satisfaction,mental state and physiological stress,average length of hospitalization,patient care comfort,and incidence of surgical complications in the laparoscopic nursing service group were better than those in the open nursing service group,P<0.05.Conclusion The eff ect of laparoscopic uterine fi broids treatment and nursing for patients with uterine fi broids is defi nite,which can eff ectively improve the patient's physical and mental condition,reduce the occurrence of physical and mental stress,improve patient comfort,shorten the length of hospitalization,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve patients the level of satisfaction.
