针对性护理在慢性胃溃疡患者护理中的应用分析

Application of Targeted Nursing in the Nursing of Patients with Chronic Gastric Ulcer

目的分析在慢性胃溃疡患者护理中实施针对性护理方案的应用价值。方法分析对象选择我院接收的慢性胃溃疡患者88例,选取时间段为2018年3月至2019年3月,按照抽签方式进行分组,44例实施针对性护理方案的患者纳入试验组,44例实施常规护理方案的患者纳入对照组,评价和分析2种护理方案的实施效果。结果相较于对照组患者的护理方案,试验组患者护理满意度提升明显,SAS评分和SDS评分降低显著,复发率降低明显,比较差异符合统计学意义评价标准(P<0.05)。结论慢性胃溃疡患者实施针对性护理方案能够获得理想的实施效果。

Objective To analyze the application value of targeted nursing program in the nursing of patients with chronic gastric ulcer.Methods Eightyeight patients with chronic gastric ulcer received by our hospital were selected for analysis.The time period was from March 2018 to March 2019.They were divided into two groups by drawing lots.Forty-four patients with specifi c nursing plan were included in the experimental group and 44 patients with routine nursing plan were included in the control group.The implementation eff ect of the two nursing plans was evaluated and analyzed.Results Compared with the nursing plan of the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was signifi cantly improved,the SAS score and SDS score were signifi cantly reduced,and the recurrence rate was signifi cantly reduced.The diff erence was in line with the statistical signifi cance evaluation standard(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing program for patients with chronic gastric ulcer can achieve ideal implementation eff ect.
