心理护理在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Psychological Nursing in Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的分析心理护理在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年12月于阜新市第二人民医院内科住院部收治的110例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象,依据红蓝双色记号笔分为常规组(n=55)和研究组(n=55)。常规组予以常规护理指导,研究组在对照组基础上联合心理护理指导。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、PaO2水平、PaCO2水平显著优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施心理护理干预的效果显著,有助于缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善患者症状。

Objective To analyze the application eff ect of psychological nursing in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)admitted to the department of internal medicine of Fuxin Second People's Hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the red and blue markers,they were divided into the conventional group and the study group,with 55 cases in each group.The conventional group was given routine nursing guidance,while the study group was given psychological nursing guidance on the basis of the conventional group.The nursing eff ect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,PaO2 level,and PaCO2 level of the study group were signifi cantly better than those of the conventional group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The eff ect of psychological nursing intervention on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is signifi cant,which can help to alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients and improve the symptoms of patients.
