TB型子宫内膜治疗仪治疗功能性子宫出血的护理效果

Nursing Care of TB Endometrial Therapeutic Instrument for Functional Uterine Hemorrhage

目的探讨TB型子宫内膜治疗仪治疗功能性子宫出血的有效护理方法。方法选择2018年2月至2019年2月沈阳市新民市妇婴医院收治的98例功能性子宫出血患者,根据护理方法的不同将其分为对照组(n=49,采用常规护理)和观察组(n=49,采用综合护理)。观察两组患者治疗有效率、焦虑评分、抑郁评分及护理满意度评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、护理满意度评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理能够促进TB型子宫内膜治疗仪治疗功能性子宫出血患者的效果,提高手术治疗安全性,有利于促进患者早期康复,提高患者满意度。

Objective To investiagte the effective nursing method of TB endometrium treatment for functional uterine bleeding.Methods Select 98 patients with functional uterine bleeding admitted to Xinmin Women and Infant Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019,and divide them into a control group(n=49,using routine care)and an observation group(n=49,using comprehensive care)according to diff erent nursing methods.Observe the treatment eff ectiveness,anxiety score,depression score and nursing satisfaction score of the two groups of patients.Results The total eff ective rate of treatment,anxiety score,depression score,and nursing satisfaction score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve the eff ect of TB endometrial therapeutic instrument on functional uterine bleeding,improve the safety of surgical treatment,promote the early recovery of patients,improve patient satisfaction,and the application eff ect is good.
